- CQ Researcher - comprehensive reporting and analysis on issues in the news.
- Infotrac - access to a variety of full-text magazines, newspapers, podcasts, and reference books for information on current events, government, history, etc. If you are writing about a person, be sure to look at Biography in Context. You access it through the library's database page and then choose Massachusetts Statewide Databases.
- Issues: Understanding Controversy and Society
- Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center - Find current news articles on your topic. Remember to try coming up with several search strategies for finding information. Try starting broad and then narrowing your terms to limit your results.
- U.S. History in Context - Try searching for "constitution*" and a keyword for your topic
